Excelmatic keeps your task history available so you can resume your work anytime. However, you are the sole owner of this data:

• Permanent Storage: Your uploaded files and results are stored securely in your private account until you decide otherwise.
• Manual Wipe: Need to clear sensitive data? You can delete any task or file from your sidebar history at any time. Once deleted, it is immediately and permanently removed from our active servers.

3. Absolute AI Privacy

Your data is never used for training. We have strict policies in place to ensure your proprietary business logic, financial figures, and customer data are never used to train or improve global AI models.

To guarantee this, every session operates within a Private Workspace—a completely isolated environment dedicated solely to your data.

4. Full Transparency

Through the Task History in your sidebar, you can monitor every action the AI takes. This audit trail ensures you have complete visibility into how your data is being processed, providing a clear record of your analytical workflows.
